What is Pilates?

It is a system of exercises using a pilates mat and other apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1900s, it's  gentle effective  exercises that uses controlled movement and breathing to tone and strengthen muscles irrespective of age or fitness level. Dancers, athletes and sportsmen do Pilates to complement their exercise programmes.    

Pilates2go uses the classical floor mat exercise technique combined with aids such as weighted balls, foam rollers, weights, eight bands and resistance bands.
